Email can be obtained using a multitude of software programs. Some of these email programs, like IncrediMail and other similar programs often present incapability problems with standard email systems.

MIS Technical Support will ONLY provide support for the standard email client programs listed below. Support is limited to configuration and issues in the sending and receiving of email. Support for any email client program not listed below must be obtained from the vendor for all issues, including issues involving configuration and the sending and receiving of email. If any add-ons have been added to any email client program, you MUST obtain email support from the vendor of the add-on software.

• Microsoft Outlook Express
• Microsoft Outlook
• Netscape Messenger
• Eudora

Support for any Web Email client which is not part of the MIS email system can  not be supported. You MUST obtain support from the vendor of the web email software.
