Server Colocation
Colocation
service is rental of space in our data center for your own equipment. You pay
only for bandwidth and the space you need. We can provide connection speeds up
to 1000 MB (1 GB).
A 100% redundant environment is available. Your server is connected to redundant network connections through redundant PIX firewalls and to redundant power connections. This is not a failover system, it is an active/active configuration. If you have dual network adapters, and dual power supplies, this provides 100% network uptime. There in no single point of failure. Includes remote reboot capability.
No charge DNS management for your primary domains. See options for DNS hosting
for your clients.
IP's are provided as necessary (Per ARIN justification)

| 1- If a support issue is MIS related (network issues), there is no
charge. All other issues (reboot, server down, etc.) is $75.00 per
hour with a 1 hour minimum. After Hours (6PM to 8AM) for a non-MIS related
issue, a additional $125 service charge applies. |
